Education & Training

A commitment to providing Educational Opportunities

BNC has a strong commitment to supporting educative programs that provide opportunity to our community members at any age.

From homework clubs to Broadband for Seniors to our own IGNITE - School to work program BNC believes in encouraging people, young people and children to embrace learning opportunities - enriching their knowledge and creating choice for the future.

IGNITE - School to Work

In 2017 BNC is trialling our IGNITE - school to work program. This two semester program aims to inspire young people and ignite their passion for learning whilst providing clear pathways to future work or study options.

The Homework clubs

We aim to support children and young people in their learning. With low teacher to student ratios it's like having your own private tutor!

Thursday afternoons from 3.15 to 4.15 we have a team of extraordinary volunteer ex teachers who can support high school students with any subject they need help with.
