Hi, my name is Sharon Hanlon. I am a very proud Aboriginal woman from the Illawarra/South
Coast. I have grown up and have always lived on Dharawal Country. I have a very strong
connection to my Aboriginal community in Bellambi and the surrounding area. My Aboriginal
Elders play a very important part of my everyday living.
I have worked at Bellambi Public School for the past 12 years and my current role is working
in other Local Schools and my Aboriginal community.
I am married and have 3 amazing children and very lucky to have a beautiful granddaughter
who I look after 2 days a week.
I enjoy walking on Country, travelling our beautiful land and spending time with my family.
