I moved to the Illawarra in 2013 from Goulburn and I love the relaxed coastal lifestyle and the mild, sunny coastal climate.
I am currently employed as a Road Safety Officer at Kiama Municipal Council and I have over 30 years Local Government experience and I am a level 2 Road Safety Auditor. I am a passionate advocate for road safety and mental health.
I have championed road safety and customer service across local government and have been successful in applying for grants to secure funding in order to plan, promote and implement road safety projects in the Illawarra region with the aim to reduce road trauma in local communities.
I am a resident of beautiful Bellambi and I have appreciated the hard work that the Bellambi Neighbourhood Centre does for the community.
I am a member of the Wollongong Ladies Probus Club, support the One Door Mental Health clubhouse in the Illawarra and I am a member of the Bellambi Bowling Club where I am learning to play lawn bowls in my spare time.
I am happy to offer my skills to the board and would like to make a real difference in people lives by delivering services for the Bellambi community where I live and play.
