I have over ten years’ senior management experience in the community housing and homelessness sector, and ten years’ experience as Chairperson of the Board of a not-for-profit organisation. Jen has deliberately focussed her career in the not-for-profit sector as she has a strong belief that the values driven decision making, service provision and management best aligns with her own personal philosophy.
I am currently a Consultant for a First Nations led consultancy firm working with organisations on meeting their compliance requirements, community engagement, developing strategic plans and supporting business growth, including through tender writing. Previous local and statewide roles have included the management o paid and voluntary staff, partner management, project management business development, change management, compliance and direct service delivery including hub spaces, community engagement and tenancy management.
